Meet Alex, Owner of Charcuterie Chick
Alex is a former SEC athlete turned Charcuterie Chick. After spending time in college entertaining/cooking for friends & family, charcuterie became both a creative outlet and a way to connect the people she loved.
If she isn’t in the kitchen, you will find her drinking her favorite red wine (Stags’ Leap Petite Syrah or Elouan Pinot Noir), exploring Atlanta’s food scene, or running to the indoor cycle studio.
Alex’s favorite cheese combo: Merlot Bellavatino (wine soaked cheese) + raspberry jam + truffle marcona almonds + rustic bakery cracker.
Alex was recently named one of Best Self Atlanta Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Inspiring Innovators!
